Longines World’s Best RacehorseはArrogateだったけど、Eclipse AwardのHorse of the Yearは順当にGun Runnerが受賞。まったく文句ない結果だ。Pegasus World Cupも危な気なく勝って引退。

しかし、レース賞金のブーストが激しいので、獲得賞金のランキングとかあんまし意味がないなぁという感じ。日本だってキタサンブラックがテイエムオペラオーの記録を塗り替えたけど、まぁレースの賞金額が昔と今では違うし。
