朝から新宿御苑をうろうろした後、高円寺に移動して、来年のフレッシュのキックオフミーティング。ルートや方針の相談をして、居酒屋で飯食ってから解散。4月までにある程度はブルベ走って脚を作っておかんといけませんなぁ。月一ぐらいでは走りたい。
