昨晩はA近畿のすがのさんが出張で東京に来られているのでお誘いいただいてビールをガブガブ飲んでいた。帰宅してそのまま寝てたようだ。今日は某理事会が早めに終わったので良い日だった。
Zwift用の自転車の前輪の空気抜けを直したので久々にZwiftをした。
