朝から雑用をこなして昼飯も食ったしちょっとばかし外でも走りにいくかと思ったが、どうも熱中症警戒アラートが出ているようでクソ暑そうだったのでゴロゴロしてたら日が暮れた。夜に贖罪のZwiftを実施した。昨日も夕方に外に出ただけなんだが、まぁちょっと外に出る気にならん暑さだな。
